Chris understands your desire to know in advance how much the services you need will cost.

We’ve developed a tiered flat-fee services to fit most budgets. All projects are quoted in advance and work does not begin until the client provides their approval. This allows our clients to know exactly what their bills will be and avoids the stress associated with
waiting to find out how many billable hours will be charged for legal work.  However, for certain services in which it would be impractical or impossible to establish how much work is needed, Chris will recommend a flat fee structure.

Entertainment Contracts Drafting ($499 for most contracts)

We will work with you to create a contract in music, film, television, theater, sports, or interactive media from scratch based on your needs ad preferences, tailor an existing contract for your use, or review and improve your current contract.

Contract Negotiations (Per-Hour Rate $200/hr)

This is a full-service package that includes a thorough explanation of most contracts in music, film, television, theater, sports, or interactive media.  We include suggestions for improvements, discussions regarding your preferences, and negotiations on your behalf for the contract terms that you find acceptable.

Trademarks ($499 + Filing Fees)

We offer a multitude of trademark packages for the music industry that includes band name searches, preparation and filing of trademark applications, response to office actions, etc.

Copyrights ($150 for Registration)

We offer a multitude of copyright services that include copyright
advice, registration, licensing, etc.
