Contract Drafting and Review

Chris understands your desire to know in advance how much the services  you need will cost.

We’ve developed a tiered flat-fee services to fit most budgets. All projects are quoted in advance and work does not begin until the client provides their approval. This allows our clients to know exactly what their bills will be and avoids the stress associated with
waiting to find out how many billable hours will be charged for legal work.  However, for certain services in which it would be impractical or impossible to establish how much work is needed, Chris will recommend a flat fee structure.

Contract Drafting ($549 for most contracts)

We will work with you (business owners, entrepreneurs) to create a contract from scratch based on your needs and preferences, tailor an existing contract for your use, or review and improve your current contract.  We can provide a free initial review to let you know if your industry or business is one in which we can provide contract drafting services for.

Contract Analysis and Explanations ($499 – up to 5 Pages)

We offer a variety of contract explanation packages. These are great when you have a limited budget and want some level of legal advice before you sign a contract. These packages are also perfect for when you have previously signed a contract and want to know exactly what you signed.
